These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ClipBolt. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided within the application or on our website.

ClipBolt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application for your personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

You may:

• Install and use ClipBolt on devices you own or control
• Use all available features as part of your license type (free or premium)
• Make a reasonable number of copies for backup purposes

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the application for illegal purposes
• Redistribute or sell access to ClipBolt

Some features of ClipBolt may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

ClipBolt offers both free and premium subscription options:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with the platform's refund policy (App Store, Google Play, etc.)
• Pricing may change with notice provided before your next billing cycle

By subscribing to premium features, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

You retain ownership of all content you store in ClipBolt. However, to provide our services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your clipboard data on your devices
• Sync your data between your devices if you enable that feature
• Use anonymized usage data to improve our services

We do not claim ownership of your clipboard contents and will not access them except when legally required or to provide technical support with your consent.

ClipBolt, including its logo, code, design, and features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws:

• The ClipBolt name and logo are trademarks of our company
• All software, visual elements, and documentation are our copyrighted property
• Third-party components used in our application are owned by their respective owners

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ClipBolt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue ClipBolt at any time
• Update these terms with notice to users
• Terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms

Upon termination, all license rights will cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
